Rod Snyder has been advocating for the success of his members over 25 years in the retail financial services industry. Starting as a teller, then progressing through every other position in the front line, he now serves his co-workers as the AVP of Sales and Branch Performance at Red Canoe Credit Union. Rod works closely with branch managers, trainers, back office support teams, and sales staff to ensure the credit union meets its sales goals while continuing to deliver a superior member experience.
Tresha Gillingham joined Sound Credit Union as the Training and Development Manager in March 2017. Prior to joining Sound, she was the Director of Training for Northwestern Mutual’s Seattle network office. She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona where she spent 10 years of her career as a Training Specialist working at Discover Card. This is where she discovered her passion for teaching others and inspiring those around her to excel and grow to their maximum potential.
She graduated from University of Phoenix with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In her free time she loves to work out, hike, travel, and spend time with her family, friends, and two dogs Mocha and Maui.
