Panelists:

Anthony Dotson is currently the corporate recruiter at Sound Credit Union. He oversees the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. He has recruited for multiple industries over the past 7 years. Anthony is passionate about building relationships, making a difference, and connecting with talent.

Crystal Stanfield was raised in Everett, Washington and graduated from Cascade High School. She is a proud alumna member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority and of Washington State University where she obtained a degree in Communication with a Major-emphasis in Public Relations/Marketing. Crystal started with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2004 as a Management Trainee, was promoted 6 times in her first 7 years with Enterprise, and now holds a senior management position at the Group Headquarters in Renton, WA. Crystal currently oversees the external recruiting efforts as well as the internal promotion process for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car within the states of Washington, Alaska and parts of Idaho.

Lauren Sankwich is the AVP of Executive Search for DDJ Myers. Her background is in internal and full cycle recruiting in the professional services, engineering, and industrial skilled trades industries.
She partner with financial services organizations to identify and vet sustainable leaders and enjoy helping candidates align their individual skills and goals with their strategic career path.
