Toni comes to IP Services with over 20-years’ experience in the Fintech space working as a banking CIO. She provides Technical Operations leadership, and vision in building high-performance teams to manage, implement and streamline complex IT projects. As a former CIO with two decades of IT leadership experience, Toni has a consistent track record of increased efficiencies, productivity, strategic planning and execution.

Toni began her IT career at Liberty Bank, where she became VP of Information Technology Services. She has held subsequent positions at RLR Management Consulting, Pacific Continental Bank and, most recently, Hawes Financial Group, where she was Chief Information Officer. In addition to being CISA and CRISC certified, Toni studied business at Boise State University and the University of Oregon, banking and financial support services at the Northwest Intermediate School of Banking and completed an executive leadership course at the Center for Creative Leadership. Recipient of numerous awards while in the banking sector including manager of the year, department of the year and the highest award presented, the Presidents’ Award of Excellence. Toni currently serves as the SIM (Society for Information Management) Eugene chapter President and was jointly responsible for bringing SIM to Eugene.
